Please be advised, Atlantic Bc�,,ch Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above
to be in violation of the City �.i'Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, to wit:

Violation Description
IPMC Sec.302.8 - Motor Vehicles
"No inoperative or unlicensed motor vehicle shall be parked
or kept or stored oi� iny premises, and no vehicle shall at
any time be in a state of disrepair, major disassembly or
in the process or being stripped or dismantled".
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by removing the inoperable gold
Jeep or making it operabi ithin ten (10) days of the receipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case K ferred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this
notice must be in compliance )n or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board nl.�,,, ;mpose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) per day for
continuing violations. Upor, ,Q-mpleting the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to
contact Atlantic Beach Code 17"nforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
