Dear Mr. Arlington,
I am writing to request an extension of our Permit No. 13-00003062 for 415 Seminole Rd.,
Atlantic Beach. We have constructed a temporary railing on the front porch, as required and
discussed with you several weeks ago. We have also contracted for permanent safety railings
to be built and installed by the end of September. The vendor is currently running 6 weeks
behind, but promised us he would have the railings installed before the end of September. If
this is acceptable to you,we would like to request an extension of our permit beyond the
current expiration date of 25 August,to a new date of 30 September 2014.
Please see enclosed copy of vendor contract for work specified.
