Please be advised, Atlantic _ Bch Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above
to be in violation of the City t Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, to wit:

IPMC 302.4 Weeds.
All premises and exterior property shall be
maintained free from weeds or plant growth in excess of
twelve (12) inches. All noxious weeds shall be prohibited.
Weeds shall be defined as all grasses, annual plants and
vegetation, other t' trees or shrubs provided; however,
this term shall not ade cultivated flowers and gardens.
This letter requests that ti oted violations be corrected by mowing the overgrown yard
within ten (10) days of the . -eipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be -ferred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this
notice must be in compliance .-)n or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board m. -impose fines up to two hundred fifty($250.00) per day for
continuing violations. Upon ►rnpleting the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to
contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
