Dear Property Owner:
Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above
to be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, to wit: z cy�
VIOLATION
Violation Description
IPMC Sec.302.8 - Motor Vehicles
"No inoperative or unlicensed motor vehicle shall be parked
or kept or stored on any premises, and no vehicle shall at
any time be in a state of disrepair, major disassembly or
in the process or b( g stripped or dismantled".
Violation Description
IPMC Sec. 404.5 Overcrowding.
Dwelling units shall not be occupied by more occupants than
permitted by the minimum area requirements of Table 404.5.
This letter requests that tlic looted violations be corrected by one of the adults moving out
of the 2 bedroom townhow c and removing the blue Subaru or renewing the tags within ten
(10) days of the receipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this
notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty($250.00) per day for
continuing violations. Upon completing the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to
contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.

I am inquiring about ordinance that governs the number of
unrelated adults living in a 2br/1 . 5 bath townhome in AB city
limits .
There are 3 adults , I believe to be unrelated, living in the
townhome next to me . The address is 832 Cavalla Rd. The owners
of the property are Justin Blakeman and Carol Chiang.
Also , there is a car with an out of county tag that is
permanently parked outside of our unit. It is a blue Subaru
Outback with Seminole County Plate # J31 VZS .
