Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found yc r property referenced above
to be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinanc to wit:
VIOLATION
Violation Description
IPMC Sec.302.8 - Motor Vehicles
"No inoperative or unlicensed motor vehicle shall be parked
or kept or stored on any premises, and no vehicle shall at
any time be in a staE of disrepair,major disassembly or
in the process or bey ng stripped or dismantled".
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by rf aoving the unlicensed
Chevy Silverado within ten (10) days of the receipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Bot A, all listed violations on this
notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by °,tlantic Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board ma- impose fines up to two hundred fiP.. .; ($250.00)per day for
continuing violations. Upon ipleting the corrective action requ;;',d, it is your responsibility to
contact Atlantic Beach Cod., aforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
