Weeds shall be defined as 1 grasses, an 1 plants and
vegetation, other than tree or shrubs provide ; however,
this term shall not includ cultivated flowers a gardens.
This letter requests that tI o ed violations be corrected b owing the overgrown yard
within ten (10) days of the r:a ipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be r erred to the Code Enforcement Board, a listed violations on this
notice must be in compliance n or before the date established by Atlantic\Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board ma impose fines up to two hundred fifty($250.00)per day for
continuing violations. Upon ompleting the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to
contact Atlantic Beach Cod -Inforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
