X ll noxious weeds shall be prohibited. Weeds shall be defined as all grasses, annual plants and vegetation, other than trees or shrubs provided; however, this term shall not il zclude cultivated flowers and gardens. This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by mowing the overgrown yard within ten (10) days of the i eceipt of this notice. To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement.
