Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found your property retwc above
to be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances,to wit:

Sec. 24-154. Outdoor display, sale and storage of
furniture, household items, merchandise and business a

Within all residential zoning districts and also 1

including any property containing a residential use, �µl�
household items, furniture and those items customarily
intended for indoor use shall not be displayed, maintained
or permanently stored outdoors, or in any location on the
lot where such items shall be stored or properly disposed
of to avoid mold,rodent and insect infestations which may
result in health risks and which also create unsightly
appearance that negatively affect neighborhoods. Such
violations shall be corrected immediatly upon written order
from the city.
Violation Description
Sec. 24-163.(b) Recreational vehicles stored or parked on
any residential lot shall be subject to the following
provisions:
(2)Recreational vehicles, boats or boat trailers or other
type of trailer shall not be parked or stored closer than
fifteen(15) feet from the front lot line and shall be
parked in a manner that is generally perpendicular to the
front property line such that length is not aligned in a
manner that extends across the front of the lot it being
the intent that recreational vehicles, boats and trailers
that are parked forward of the residence and should not
excessively dominate the front of the lot.
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by removal of all outside storage
including all belongings stored under the canvas tarp, removed trailer stored in front yard
within ten (10) days of the receipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this
notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty($250.00)per day for
continuing violations. Upon completing the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to
contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.

Subject: 233 Belvedere Street- Blocking Street on weekends and evenings

Tiffany, Neighbor called about 233 Belvedere working on cars, bringing
vehicles in on wreckers and blocking the streets with vehicles at night
and on weekends, etc. I have addressed some of this with the attached
letter, however, the parking in the street issue and hauling in the
inoperable cars doesn' t happen during my work hours . I told the gentleman
that called to call the non emergency number when they block the street.
Can you ask patrol to monitor this and let me know what they find?
