city in 2 013. Construction ha s commenced on th e new clubhou se portion of th e development
and is nearing completion. Phase 1 of th e deve lopment was pl atted in Jul y 20 14 . Ph ase I
includes 17 homes at the south eastern portion of tb e development. An additional 161 lots are
inc lud ed in P la t 2. The Plat Map submitted to the c ity matc hes th e app roved Spec ial Planned
Area Ma ste t• Deve lopment Plan Ma p and SPA Text. C ity sta ff in th e Publi c Work s, Utilities, and
