I'm @ 1166 Main St. The empty lot behind me (one of thre ) is terribly overgrown and encroaching my back fence and yard. It was maintained eve y few months last year as I spoke with the yardman, but now it been neglected for a year anJ its a jungle. I also have seen a few small mice and 1 larger rat.
