This morning Mike Jones had two messages from residents concerning the noise generated from large trucks,
machinery, voices and bright lights going on for several days starting between 4:15 and 4:30 am.

2. John Hall, 246-7788
Mike spoke to both residents and contacted the project manager/general contractor for this development Doug
Maer, 759-1395 who stated that he knew they were coming at early am to unload equipment etc. . Mike
advised him this was unacceptable practice and that the hours of operation Monday thru Friday is 7—7. This
was not the first conversation about this problem, Mike had with him.
Attached is the third complaint via civic plus I received this morning on the same issue. I replied and advised
them to contact the ABPD if this happens in the future.
Maybe the ABPD can monitor this and ask the workers to leave the site so these neighbors can get some sleep if
before lam or after 7pm.
