We will be using the Miami Curb detail provided by your office and a copy is attached to this memo.This curb may run the entire distance of the property line if needed or less than that if field conditions warrant. Also, we will cut a slit drain into the drainage inlet about 12 inches long and about 4 inches deep to allow the water to enter the drainage inlet. If the curb is higher than our retention in the rear of the retention area then we will put a pipe in the curb to allow water to escape to the drainage inlet. We may cut the pipe into the drainage inlet if field conditions warrant. We will most likely hold the pipe low so to have adequate concrete cover then turn the pipe up with an angle and put it at the appropriate height to allow for drainage overflow once our retainage is met. We will also have pervious pavers on the driveway and side walk as show.This is a revision to our original retention plan. On this site plan, I have identified the revised retention area. We will retain approximately 441 feet of retention area and our required amount is 320 square feet.
