Good afternoon everyone,
Congratulations. You may already know that the CRC completed and entire review of the charter. As a reminder,
during the last meeting I was asked to send out an email outlining a few issues that were not voted on,because we
did not have a super-majority to approve proposals. The following sections are scheduled for a vote by the
Committee (details are included in the updated spreadsheet which is attached):
- Sec. 50
- Sec. 43
- Sec. 61
In addition to the above,the final outstanding issues are:
- Should there be a set period of years for charter review?
- Article II / Sec. 5—Number of Commissioners; and at large vs. district representation
- Term of office for the Mayor
