For PW application review purposes, garage and pool projects considered together for calculating on-site storage requirements. Requirement for on-site storage triggered if increasing impervious area on site by 400 SF or more. Unable to determine change in impervious from sketches provided. Need demolition plan showing existing impervious areas that are on predevelopment site plan but are being or have already been removed (e.g., sheds?, concrete driveway?). Also need complete table of final impervious surface areas (table in attached, received with pool permit, does not list concrete for garage entry?) Note: pool water surface area is not considered impervious. —Application also shows lot with Type B drainage. If on-site storage is required, retention area will have to overflow to the City ROW; cannot overflow to neighbors. Elevation information will be required to approve drainage plan.
