We,the undersigned General Contractor and Electrician,understand and agree;
I. "Early Power" ispurely for our constructiun convonic ce, it im not required by Codes and does r�aI
substitute for Final inspections or the CIC?(Ccttificatte of 8ccup*ncy) fiat must be issued beihe;occupancy,
and as such is at the discretion of the Building Official.
2. The City of Atlantic Beach will make a special inspection prior to the early power energising. All rough
inspections must have prior Approval,including;meter base connections.
3. Occupancy or uac of the now construction heron # fprrt►al C/O con�citutes fraudulent use of the early
clectrrc service. Such action is expressly prohibited and penalized by The City of Atlantic Fkarb
Ordinances. A,violation of thio Agrecclraent shall result in a request for prompt removal of electric service
after a twenty-tour our notice.
4. "Early Power"release authority i9 the Elcctrilcian And/or t e Contractor a d must not occur before:
a. Fquinmcnt,doviccs and fixtures are installed(or�nnkcd otf)sa�cly.
b. ]'noel is complete with breakers and cover,and(labeling roqutred at final inspection).
c. Service connection and grounding is omriplctc.
d. The electric system hag safely passed thmiigh elcctricail check,

f. Temporary addmAs numbors displayed(Permanent numbers are required for CIU).
5. This filly completed form is to be submitted to the Building Department by hand,mail or fax.
6. Future;trach Agreements will not be accepted Brom those who violate any one of the above Items.
