Your permit application has been denied by the Public Works Department for the reasons listed
below. Please submit this information at your earliest convenience in order that we may

PUBLIC WORKS CORRECTION ITEMS:
(Submit the following information to the Public Works Department)
"Provide table of impervious surface calculations for entire lot (existing and post
construction).
"Provide erosion and sediment control plans with installation details and maintenance
schedule.
"Provide plan showing proposed construction (existing site survey provided).
PUBLIC WORKS CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
(The following comments will be printed on your permit as Conditions of Approval)
If on-site storage is required, a post construction topographic survey documenting proper
construction will be required.
Pool—Wellpoint (if used) must discharge into vegetated area 10' minimum from street or
drainage feature (swale, structure or lagoon).
