execute the CDBG agreement with the City of Jacksonville accepting these funds.
C. Approve the award of resurfacing of the 11 listed streets to Hubbard Construction in the amount of
$304,000 piggy-backing off Jacksonville’s existing paving contract with Hubbard Construction (#6763-16)
