Dear Property Owner: Please be advised, Atlantic B .ach Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above to be in violation of the City Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, to wit: VIOLATION Violation Description 304.7 Roofs and drainage. The roof and flashing shall be sound, tight and not have defects that admit Roof drainage shall be adequate to prevent dampness --terioration in the walls or interior portion of the stru,. .i-e.
