800 Sherry Drive Zoning Review Comments
1. Parking: Paved parking for two cars is required for residential lots. The carport enclosure cannot be
approved until adequate parking is provided. Please revise plans.
2. Tree Removal: Please submit a Tree Removal Permit Application if any trees are to removed. If no
trees are to be removed, then please fill out an Affidavit of No Tree Removal. Both forms are
available on the city website under"Planning and Zoning" and at City Hall.
