Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above
to be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, to wit:
VIOLATIONS
IPMC Sec.302.8 - Motor Vehicles "No inoperative or unlicensed motor vehicle shall be parked
or kept or stored on any premises, and no vehicle shall at any time be in a state of disrepair,
major disassembly or in the process or being stripped or dismantled". (Vehicle appears to be
inoperable)
Sec. 24-161 (3). Parking for residential uses shall be located within paved or stabilized
driveways. Private garages or carports or such areas intended for the day-to-day parking of
vehicles. Vehicles shall not be routinely parked within grassed or landscaped areas of a
residential lot or on grassed or landscaped portions of public Right-of-ways adjacent to the

This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by removing the vehicle and
ceasing storage on grassy landscaped areas and/or right of ways within five (5) day of the
receipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Cod e Enforcement Board, all listed violati Ion V

notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) per day for
continuing violations. Upon completing the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to
contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
