COMMISSION AND WILL BE ENACTED BY ONE MOTION IN THE FORM LISTED BELOW. THERE WILL BE NO SEPARATE DISCUSSION OF THESE ITEMS. IF DISCUSSION IS DESIRED, THAT ITEM WILL BE REMOVED FROM
THE CONSENT AGENDA AND WILL BE CONSIDERED SEPARATELY. SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION AND STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COMMISSION ON THESE ITEMS.

receipt of the Monthly Building Department Activity Report for January 2015.
B. Declare list of property as surplus so that the items on it may be disposed of in the most beneficial
way to the City.
C. Extend the contract for small asphalt paving repairs with Tom’s Asphalt Repairs, Inc. for one year (March 1, 2015 through February 28, 2016) at the current bid prices.
D. Authoriz
e the Mayor to sign grant applications for HMGP Wind Mitigation and Emergency Generator Replacement for the Public Safety Building.
