POLICE EMPLOYEES' PENSION BOARD MEETING
MEETING MINUTES
January 29,2015
1. The City of Atlantic Beach Police Employees' Pension Board meeting was called to order at
6:33 P.M. The members in attendance were trustees: Vic Gualillo, David Cameron, and John
Wolfel. Pension Plan Administrator Nelson Van Liere, Investment Advisor Michael O'Shields, and
Actuary Jim Rizzo from Gabriel, Roeder, Smith, & Company also attended.
2. Courtesy of the floor to visitors.No comments.
3. Discussion and adoption of the investment return.
a. Motion to approve the 7% Rate of Assumption was made by Vic Gualillo and
seconded by David Cameron. The vote to approve was unanimous.
4. New business: No new business
5. Adjournment—David Cameron made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:59 PM.
