1. Fence Location: Per Public Works and Public Utilities, a fence cannot be constructed in the
easements labeled "UNOBSTRUCTED" along the west and north property lines. The plan must be
revised so that no portion of the fence is to be built in the easements. If you have any questions related
to the easements, please contact Doug Layton at dlaytongcoab.us or 247-5834. If you would like to
revise the plans and locate the fence outside of the easements then please contact the Building and
Zoning Department.
