As of this date, March 24, 2015, 1 am no longer the acting contractor on the
job located at 1639 Sea Oats Drive, Atantic Beach, FL and will not be held
liable for any work done prior to this date. All warranties are null and void
due to violations of the contract between homeowners and Phillips
Builders.
