Suite 305 Jacksonville, FL 32246 RE: Christy Jordan-Frank 2342 Oceanwalk Dr. West Mr. Merritt: Please be advised that my firm represents Ms. Jordan-Frank as to any contracts your company has entered into with her for renovations of her property located at 2342 Oceanwalk Dr. West, Atlantic Beach, Florida. It has come to my attention that you have a contract with Ms. Jordan-Frank for certain property renovations/improvements, for which she has already paid an excess of the contracted rate. Despite having paid an excess of the contracted amount, Ms. Jordan-Frank has informed me that your company refuses to complete the contracted services. In fact, your company has threated that it will not complete the services unless Ms. Jordan-Frank pays you additional amounts above and beyond the contracted price. First and foremost, you are now on notice that Ms. Frank is being represented by counsel for this matter. As such, YOU MAY NOT CONTACT MS. FRANK AGAIN REGARDING THIS, OR ANY OTHER, MATTER. It is clear that Ms. Jordan-Frank has already paid you amounts well in excess of the amount you are owed.
