Height: Please show the overall height of the structure as measured from grade to the highest point. 4. Building Materials: Section 24-171(c)(3) prohibits the use of metal siding on any side of a structure visible from a street for structures located within 100 feet of Mayport Road. Please revise plans. 5. Bay Door: Section 24-171(c)(2) prohibits bay doors from facing Mayport Road. Please revise plans so that the bay door at the current loading zone does not face Mayport Road. 6. Awning Detail: Please provide details for the awning located at the eastern side of the building or clarify if to be permitted separately. 7. Parking: Please provide a table showing parking requirement calculations. 8. Bicycle Parking: Section 24-161(k) requires bicycle parking on site, preferably near the entrance. Please revise plans to show bicycle parking. 9. Loading Zone: Section 24-161(1) requires off-street loading spaces to be provided in such a way as to not interfere with routine parking. Please revise plans so that the loading zone does not block access to required parking. 10. Trash:The site plan does not show a dumpster or trash receptacle area. Please clarify your trash management plan. 11. Signs:All signage must be permitted separately. 12. Landscape Plan: Section 24-177(b) requires a landscape plan be submitted for all nonresidential development. Please provide a landscape plan. 13. Landscape Buffer: Section 24-177(d)(1)(a) requires a landscape buffer area of 10 square feet per linear foot vehicle use area. Please revise plans to provide the required buffer along 9th Street West. 14. Landscape Buffer Screen: Section 24-177(d)(1)(b) requires a durable opaque landscape screen along street frontage made up of shrubs or fences between 3 and 4 feet tall. Please revise plans to show screening along Mayport Road and 9th Street West. 15. Landscape Buffer Trees: Section 24-177(d)(1)(c) requires one tree for each 50 linear feet of vehicle use area. Please revise plans to show trees along 9th Street West. 16.
