A. ORDINANCE NO. 60-15-20, Introduction and First Reading
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 17, ARTICLE IV, SECTION 17-51 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, SIGNS AND ADVERTISING STRUCTURES, TO REMOVE THE DEADLINE FOR NONCONFORMING SIGNS TO COME INTO COMPLIANCE;
PROVIDING FOR CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
