I think we have addressed the items but I do have a few questions that I would like your help on. You asked for erosion and sediment control plans with installation detail. After talking with your office I could not obtain any information as to the code requirements you need for the barrier. If you could please advise me as to material requirements, height requirements, minimum attachment requirements and maximum spacing between attachments it would be helpful. On the site plan I assumed a two foot height, attached with a minimum two inch stake on eight foot centers. Please advise if this is adequate. We have also attached an existing and post construction impervious surface calculation. I apologize but the only pool the s I ound did not specify an existing calculation. We will be addin 466 s uare feet of impervious surface so per Section 24-66b I used the Delta calculation conta erein: V=CAR/12. F herefore V=0.6x7440x9.3. (I used 0.6 which is for 50% impervious though as constructed we will be at 6%. Also I used total lot size, I was not sure if I should use pervious lot square footage as existing, lease advise).Which makes V=345.96 cubic feet. (I am not sure what parameters would apply for a oronoi diagram as to this lot). The pool shell as constructed will hold approximately 12,000 gallons of rain water so using a conversion of one cubic foot equals 7.48 US gallons the pool will contain approximately 1,604 cubic feet of storage capacity for rainwater during construction. Again I am not e if this is what is needed, so please advise. Mr Roys, the owner, has contacted a couple of local surveyors as to a topographical showing one foot contours and was advised that based upon thier knowledge and doing preliminary research from their database of information on his location that his lot would probably not show any contours greater than one foot. Mr Roys asked me to pass that information along to you as, if possible, he would like to not have to incur the expense of a topographical if possible. Mr. Layton thank you for your help and expertize on these issues and I apologize for the delay in answering your questions. I tried last Monday but was informed that you would be unavailable for the week and while everyone I spoke to tried to be of help the delay was inevitable as I was told you were the only one who could answer my questions.
