Good afternoon Doug,
I wanted to thank for meeting with me on such short notice this morning. I sincerely
appreciate you taking the time to talk with me about my fence permit application.
After our meeting I went by City Hall and completed the, Revocable Encroachment Pemit,
document. I have also amended my permit application to reflect the no more than 5ft
encroachment on the West side easement and moved the fence of the North side completely.
Actually when I saw you at the Town Center around lunch time I had just finished dropping off
the permit revision documents with Cheryl back at your office.
Attached is a PDF scan of the survey with fence revisions and notes.
I cannot tell you how happy my wife was when she heard will be able to install the fence.
