On this date, a representative of Legacy Engineering,Inc. visited the above referenced project site to perform an
inspection of the stmetutal steel that bad been previously erected at the subject site, Legacy Engineering performed
a visual inspection of welds at the building forme"x"bracing,parapet wall framing, 10"z10"front door and pampa
tubing for weld size,profile,workmanship,and bearing.
Legacy also checked the screw placemeat at the roof deck.
All was found to be in compliance with the revised plans and specifications.

On this date, a representative of Legacy Engineering, Inc. visited the above refereed project site to perform an
inspection of the stmctuml steel that had been previously erected 9 the subject site. Legacy Engineering performed
a bolt torque testing at column to beam connections; a visual iuspecdoo of welds for size;profile workmanship;
bearing at open web steel joists;joist bridging and"x"bracing;and roof RTU frames and access batch.
All was found to be in compliance with the revised plans and specifications.
However,the building Game'Y'bracing,10'4:10"front door,and parapet header tubing are not complete.
