1. Setbacks: The rear yard setback is 20 feet. Section 24-83(b) allows open porches and eaves to extend
4 feet into the rear yard. Plans show the rear porch addition extending 4 feet 6 inches into the rear yard
not including the eaves. Please revise plans so that no portion of the rear porch including the eaves
extends beyond the net 16 foot rear setback.
