Correction Comments
1. Height: Please show the overall height of the structure as measured from grade to the peak of the roof.
2. Site Plan: The side yard setbacks in the plan set do not match the individual sheet site plans. Please clarify
which site plan will be used and provide the appropriate replacement sheets.
3. A/C Location: The SPA for the country club requires a minimum 3 foot setback from side property lines for
mechanical equipment. Please show this is being met with a measurement on the site plan.
