1. Setbacks: The front yard for this property is based on the southern property line. The front yard is the
first 20 feet from that property line. Screen porches are not allowed within front yards. Code would
allow an open porch 4 feet into the front yard. Since the house is already 19 to 19.4 feet into the front
yard, you could add a 3 foot deep open porch.
