Carefully hand locate underground utilities in the area prior to JEA work as utilities have recently been modified. 3. Coordinate with drawing of planned improvements previously provided to JEA for the Francis street improvements. Call Jim Rigsbee at 247-8534 for additional field coordination beyond normal locates. 4. Full restoration of right of way and yard is required. An concrete pole currently installed near the middle of our customer front yard will be removed. We are aware the City's contractor is currently working replacing sanitary sewer in the Francis Avenue right of way.JEA intends to wait until the contractor demobilizes before beginning the electric work.
