It turns out that we issued the C.O.for 1380 W Plaza without a Finished Construction Elevation Certificate (EC).
This violates our Flood Plain Ordinance and NFIP Agreement.
Please Revoke the Certificate of Occupancy for Permit Number 14-00001125, 1380 West Plaza,Atlantic Beach, Florida,
per the 2010 Florida Building Code, Section 111.5 and issue a Temporary C.O.for that property.
I've just spoke with Ed Puttbach and explained the situation. The T.C.O.gives him time to get the Finished Construction
EC, as all other aspects of the project are complete and approved.
