Dear Mrs. Snead:
Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property referenced above to
be in violation of International Property Maintenance Code, Chapter 3, Sections 302.4 Weeds,
and 308.3 Disposal of Garbage.
VIOLATION
CITY OFA TLANTIC BEACH CODE OF ORDINANCES
Section 302.4 Weeds:
All premises and exterior property shall be maintaine free from weeds or plant growth
Section 308.3 Disposal of Garbage:
Every occupant of a structure shall dispose of garbage in a clean and sanitary manner.
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by properly landscaping the
property and properly disposing of the paint cans and rubbish on the drive way within
fourteen (14) days of receipt of this notice

To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this
notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty($250.00)per day for
continuing violations.

Original Notes: Property at 221 Seminole road has been vacant for some time, and is
becoming an eyesore.
Lawn has not been maintained for quite sometime. Five gallon containers of
paint left stored in driveway, old lumber, excessive junk through out
property.
Several nights I witnessed a vagrant enter the property.
Ownership of property unknown.
