Hi John,
It was a pleasure meeting you the other day. Though I had hoped the owners would take care of
this, the properties I talked to about are still overgrown and one has dumping materials and
tires.
This can best be seen from our property at 60 Ardella. The parcel to the east is 76 and the
owners are Mathew Kachergus and Donald "Beau" Maurer. Mathew says he is the silent partner
and gave me Beau's number which is 370-0600. 1 spoke to him over a week ago and he left a
message and assured me he would take care of the cleanup but he has not.
The property to the rear of ours is 49 Donner Road and we think it is occupied by a renter.
The new chain link fence between is ours and is getting engulfed by weeds over 5 ft tall, and
there are tires etc. We don't know the owner or renter.
I know this process can take time and would appreciate your taking whatever first steps are
appropriate. We are about to put a significant investment into our parcel and would like to
see at least the basics of following the codes around us. If you can let me know what action
is taken, I would appreciate it.
