Gates and doors in such barriers shall be self- closing the pool. Gates and doors in such barriers shall be self-closing and self latching. Where the self-latching device is a minimum of 54 inches above the bottom of the gate the release mechanism shall be located on the pool side of the gate. Self-closing and self-latching gates shall be maintained such that the gate will positively close and latch when released from an open position of 6 in inches from the gatepost. No existing pool enclosure shall be removed,replaced or changed in a manner that reduces its ffectiveness as a safety barrier. (g) Within all residential zoning districts, and also including any property containing a residential use, household items, furniture and those items customarily intended for indoor use shall not be displayed, maintained or permanently stored outdoors, or in any location on the lot where such items shall be stored or properly disposed of to avoid mold, rodent and insect infestations which may result in health risks and <<1, 5e't, r'. (Bed frame, coolers, shelf, etc. - stored outside in front) This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by installing a proper self latching gate and fencing around the in-ground pool within (48 Hours) of receipt of this notice and replace the deteriorated leaking roof within sixty (60) days of this notice with a permit and inspections and remove and cease all outside storage within ten (10) days of the receipt of this notice.
