Dear Mr. Chaney:
Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property referenced above to
be in violation of City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, Chapter 19, Streets, sidewalks
and Other Public places to wit:
VIOLATIONS
Section 19-1. Obstructing free passage prohibited: exception.
No person shall obstruct the free passage of persons or vehicles over any street, sidewalk
or other public way by any means whatsoever, except pursuant to a permit issued by the City
Manager, and only in accordance with the terms of the permit and any conditions attached
thereto. (storage of a flat bed semi trailer in public right of way)
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by removal of the flat bed semi
trailer stored in the public right of way within thirty (30) days from receipt of this notice.
A re-inspection will be done on or before October 27,2011. To avoid having this case be
referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice must be in
compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board
may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) per day for continuing violations.
