(Green Chevrolet Blazer, no tag, inoperable) Section 304.3 Premises Identification. Buildings shall have approved address numbers placed in a position to be plainly legible and visible from the street or road fronting the property. These numbers shall contrast with their background. Address numbers shall be Arabic numerals or alphabet letters. Numbers shall be a minimum of 4 inches high with a minimum stroke width of 0.5 inch. (No house numbers) This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by removal of the unlicensed and inoperable, green Chevrolet Blazer and install house numbers as outlined in Sec. 304.3 ` within ten (10) days from receipt of this notice. (storage of vehicle under a tarp is not acceptable) A re-inspection will be done on or before December 12, 2011. To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice must be in Page 2 94 Lewis Street December 1, 2011 compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) per day for continuing violations.
