From: Hanson, Jim Sent: Thursday, April 26, 2012 4:23 PM To: Griffin, Michael Subject: Home Occupation Mike; There is a business being operated at 1753 Live Oak Lane in Atlantic Beach.Their web site (http://atlanticinsurancebrokerage.com/) shows this as "Atlantic Insurance Brokerage" and that this address is their t1corporate headquarters".The Clerk's Office has no record of this business at this address. It is my understanding that they have not only the CEO who lives at this residence (Andrew Morafates)working there during the day, but also Demetrios Velissarios. Their website shows that Velissarios is their VP. Mr. Velissarios drives a beige colored 2006 Kia Sorento that has been parked at Live Oak Lane daily. Our utility records show that he lives at 2161 Fairway Villas in Atlantic Beach. Please have someone check into this home occupation and let me know what you find. You may already have some records on the Live Oak address. I have been told that this is a foreclosure that has had some tall grass and weeds problems in the past. Jim P3— A c
