Section 24-104. Residential, single family dwelling district, large lot district (RS-1)
(b) Permitted Uses. The uses permitted within the RS-2 zoning district shall be:
(1) Single-family dwellings.
(2) Accessory Uses. (see section 24-15 1)
(3) Government uses, buildings and facilities.

This letter requests that the noted violations by ceasing all business activity at your
residence within ten (10) days of receipt of this notice.
A re-inspection will be done on or before May 14, 2012. To avoid having this case be referred
to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice must be in compliance on or

before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines
up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) per day for continuing violations. Upon completing the
corrective action(s) required, it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.

There is a business being operated at 1753 Live Oak Lane in Atlantic Beach.Their web site
(http://atlanticinsurancebrokerage.com/) shows this as "Atlantic Insurance Brokerage" and that this address is their
t1corporate headquarters".The Clerk's Office has no record of this business at this address.
It is my understanding that they have not only the CEO who lives at this residence (Andrew Morafates)working there
during the day, but also Demetrios Velissarios. Their website shows that Velissarios is their VP. Mr. Velissarios drives a
beige colored 2006 Kia Sorento that has been parked at Live Oak Lane daily. Our utility records show that he lives at
2161 Fairway Villas in Atlantic Beach.
Please have someone check into this home occupation and let me know what you find.
You may already have some records on the Live Oak address. I have been told that this is a foreclosure that has had
some tall grass and weeds problems in the past.
