(Gray Lexus,inoperable,no tag,flat tire) This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by removal of the inoperable, unlicensed Gray Lexus with flat tire within ten (10) days from receipt of this notice. Storage of vehicle under a cover is not compliance. A re-inspection will be done on or before March 5,2012. To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00)per day for continuing violations.
