Dear Ms. Howard:
Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property referenced above to
be in violation of Chapter 12, Section 12-1 b 7 Nuisances,"It is hereby declared a nuisance for
any person,either as owner or occupant of a building, structure or property to utilize the
premises of the property for the open storage of any abandoned or inoperable motor vehicle,
refrigerators,or other appliances,household furniture, glass,building material,building rubbish
or similar items".
This letter requests you comply by removal of all appliances from the exterior property
yards within ten(10) days of receipt of this notice.
A re-inspection will be done on or after July 6,2010. To avoid having this case be referred to
the Code Enforcement Board,all listed violation(s)on this notice must be compliance on or
before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. Upon completing the
corrective action required, it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Bach Code Enforcement
and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
It is our goal to enforce the codes and ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach and protect the
health, safety and welfare of the City, and accordingly, your cooperation in this matter is greatly
