I am sending this letter in response to your plan review letter for Permit Number 15-SFR-1421, submission 1. I
have described below the action to be taken for each item of concern involving only the Initial Building Review.
Zoning
ITEM 1 Please see the attached tree removal application. There are a couple palms that are close
to the building or may interfere with the driveway. We are hopeful that as many of the
palms that exist on site today will be there once construction is complete. The plan is to
replace any removed palm with a new one. We studied relocating the existing palms that
were close to the house, but the cost was too much when compared to the chances of
survival.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any clarification or additional information regarding these
issues. Thank you for your time and assistance during the permitting process for this project.
