Meeting Minutes
Tuesday,August 26, 2014
Adele Grage Cultural Center
Present: Lou Catania, Grant Healy,Nick Malie,Martha Marshall,Sheena Rupert, and Julie Metheney
(City liaison).
Excused:Robert Liggero, Pamela White
1. Call to order- Board Liaison Julie Metheney called the meeting to order at 6:05 pm
2. Approval of Meeting Minutes - Nick motioned and Grant seconded the motion to approve the
July 22, 2014 minutes. The minutes were unanimously approved.
3. Ongoing Business -none
4. New Business
a. Elect Chairperson- Sheena nominated Grant Healy and Lou seconded the
nomination. The nomination passed unanimously.
b. Elect Co-Chairperson- Grant nominated Nick and Sheena seconded the
nomination. The nomination passed unanimously.
c. Arts in the Park-Julie discussed the poster selection for Arts in the Park. The
2014 Arts in the Park's 1st Place winner, Ronnie Burak, submitted 4 pieces of
work for review. The committee selected the "Sunflower" as the artwork for
the 2015 Arts in the Park poster. Committee members also selected
assignments for the event.
d. Artisan's Faire-Julie discussed the details of the Artisan's Faire and requested
the committee members select assignments for the event.
5. Other Agenda Items/Announcements
a. Next meeting-September 23,2014
6. Adjournment-with no further business,Grant moved and Nick seconded the motion to
adjourn the meeting. The meeting was unanimously adjourned at 6:33 pm.
