Meeting Minutes
Tuesday,January 27, 2015
Adele Grage Cultural Center
Present: Lou Catania, Grant Healy, Nick Malie,Sheena Rupert,Pamela White,Martha Marshall, Robert
Liggero, Timmy Johnson (City Liaison)and Julie Metheney(City liaison).
1. Call to order- Chair called the meeting to order at 6:09 pm
2. There were no corrections to the minutes of December 10, 2014.
3. Ongoing Business
a. Arts in Park-The committee juried the applications for the 2015 Arts in the Park
event.
b. New Year's Eve-Sheena explained the event would take a lot of work and would
include a number of activities as well as locations. The last such event was well
attended and took place several years ago. The committee requested that the
proposal get emailed out for review and placed on the agenda for discussion at the
next meeting.
c. Tennis Tournament-Grant ask for a date to hold the tennis tournament. Timmy
didn't have a date,but mentioned that the event could be held the last weekend in
March. Grant requested that the information from the last tournament get
emailed to him for review.
4. Other Agenda Items/Announcements
a. Next meeting-February 24,2014
5. Adjournment-with no further business, Nick moved and Martha seconded the motion to
adjourn the meeting. The meeting was unanimously adjourned at 6:30pm.
