Dear Mr. Reddick:
Enclosed is a copy of Ordinance No. 33-15-19 which resulted in a referendum to amend the
City's charter. It was adopted by the majority of the electors at the Primary Election held on
August 25, 2015. A copy of the revised City of Atlantic Beach Charter is also enclosed.
Please accept this copy for submitting and filing with the State to satisfy the requirements in
Florida Statute 166.031(2).
