Dear Mr. Mangani:
Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property referenced above to
be in violation of Chapter 24, City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, Section 24-163(b) 3
Storage and parking of commercial vehicles and recreational vehicles and equipment and repair
of vehicles in residential zoning districts to wit:
VIOLATION
Section 24-163 (b) 3. Recreational vehicles, travel trailers or motor homes shall not be inhabited
or occupied, either temporarily or permanently, while parked or stored in any area except in a
trailer park designed for such use as authorized within this chapter.
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by ceasing all occupancy of the
camper/trailer stored in your rear yard including removal of the water connected and
power cord within five (5) days from receipt of this notice.
A re-inspection will be done on or before April 27,2012. To avoid having this case be referred
to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice must be in compliance on or
before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines
up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) per day for continuing violations.
It is our goal to enforce the codes and ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach and protect the
health, safety and welfare of the City, and accordingly, your cooperation in this matter is greatly

hi kathy, he is lying i have seen people myself coming out of it, last week, my tenant doesn't want to get in to trouble with
these thugs by callling the police, and apart from that it is an eyesore and bringing the property price down, is there no law
against having a trailer hooked into your property..water and electric is on..this guy also cut down a tree on my property
without my permission to make room for this and has left huge tree logs all over my yard and the stump, can i get him for
trespassing, thanks colm

Sir,
This is absolutely a violation. I drove over to Forrestal and knocked on the door(address actually 19
Forrestal). There was no answer so I have mailed a letter to the owner informing him of the violation. I have
to give him a reasonable amount of time to come into compliance so please do not expect this to be settled in a
couple of days.

back yard and seems to be renting it out to some people, he has hooked up water and electric to it, wondering what the
code is and if it is legal, it is right up against my metal fence and is an eyesore as well as disturbing my renters, the
