Recreational vehicles, travel trailers or motor homes shall not be inhabited or occupied, either temporarily or permanently, while parked or stored in any area except in a trailer park designed for such use as authorized within this chapter. This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by ceasing all occupancy of the camper/trailer stored in your rear yard including removal of the water connected and power cord within five (5) days from receipt of this notice. A re-inspection will be done on or before April 27,2012. To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) per day for continuing violations. I drove over to Forrestal and knocked on the door(address actually 19 Forrestal). There was no answer so I have mailed a letter to the owner informing him of the violation. I have to give him a reasonable amount of time to come into compliance so please do not expect this to be settled in a couple of days.
