Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above
to be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, Chapter 6, International
Property Maintenance Code adopted to wit:
VIOLATIONS
INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE
Section 34.13 Window, skylight and door frames.
304.13.1 Glazing. All glazing materials shall be maintained free from cracks and holes.

This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by replacing glass in broken
window within twenty (20) days of this notice.
A re-inspection will be done on or before September3O,2011. To avoid having this case be
referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice must be in
compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The Board
may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) per day for continuing violations. Upon
completing the corrective action(s)required, it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Beach
Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
