Correction Comments
1. Eave Projection: The maximum projection into the side yard is 24 inches. The bump out on the
second floor on the north side of the structure projects 1.5 feet and the roof overhang projects another
1.5 feet for a total of 3 feet or 36 inches. The house is located six inches from the setback line, which
means the bump out and eaves are 6 inches too long. Please revise plans so that the total projection
into the side yard is 24 inches or less.
